## How to read it

- anchors has at most one row for the Base anchor and one for the Bivo anchor.
- direction is either "to the anchor" or "from the anchor". amount is scaled when the token's decimals are known.
- An empty list means neither anchor appeared in this page of activity. That is not an outage.
- covers12h and span describe the page that was searched. They are not a promise that the anchor is quiet beyond that page.
- asOf is when that page was read. A later call can return the same asOf. If the explorer did not answer and there is no earlier page, the call fails and nothing is sold.
- medianFee is the median block fee in that page, in KTA. It is not a quote for a future send.
- This call does not move funds and does not start a bridge.
